Welcome to the Digital Exchange - Client's Link of Unified Data [dxCLOUD] API

dxCLOUD is a comprehensive data integration mechanism designed to streamline the process of validating, organizing, and accessing beneficiary information. This aims to be the single source of truth which will enhance data trust and provide operational efficiency for informed decision-making especially when it comes to DSWD Social Program beneficiary identities. These are made possible thru data coordination across DSWD Programs and other Government Agencies (e.g. PSA and DICT).

Please be informed that this is on the early stage of implementation and may intermittently render errors. This gateway aims to provide overview, instructions, and test-cases for the API of dxCLOUD

Getting Started

  • About dxCLOUD API

    API or Application Programming Interface specifies the components of the Digital Exchange - Client’s Link of Unified Data [dxCLOUD]. This component can be used independently with each other or altogether and integrate with a third party application.

  • API Provisioning Requirements

    Account Privilege will be provided by DSWD Information and Communication Technology Management Service (ICTMS) upon request of the client. These are mandatory requirements to create an account in Beneficiary Information Gateway API.

1. Application Server FQDN/ IP Address – will be used for the explicit definition of access control for the client application

2. Contact Person and Contact Details – details of the focal person who will configure/use the API

3. Application Brief – short document describing the nature of the application that will use the API

Upon review and approval of the request, ICTMS will provide the following:

1. Copy of dxCLOUD API Manual

2. Approval and Access Level for your API-registered Email
